Common Questions when purchasing Key Cards

Q: What do most Key Cards look like?
A: Most Key Cards include a Barcode or a magnetic stripe or both. Since Key Cards are commonly used to access a facility, many organizations do not print information of the card that would allow for someone to find a misplaced card and gain access to their facility. Some Key Cards are full color or gray scale and they incorporate an ID Photo, name, ID Badge number, barcode or magnetic stripe and sometimes an electrical contact point to access and verify the card holder credentials.

Q: What else are Key Card customers ordering?
A: Key Card customers often order lanyards, and ID badge clips to maintain ease of use or the key badges. Creative Card Group also can print two color custom logos on to retractable badge clips with our two color pad printer.
